The Judicial Conduct Committee is expected to meet in Johannesburg today to process some of the complaints laid against some of the country's judges. There has been an increasing number of judges who have been reported to the Judicial Service Commission for alleged misconducct, inmcluding Judge President John Hlophe, Judge Mushtak Parker, Judge Nana Makhubele. Two more judges, Tshifhiwa Maumela and Nomonde Mngqibisa are also facing possible suspension by the president for failing to deliver judgments on time.
