The legal representative of alleged political fixerBrown Mogotsi, says they will appeal the decision by the  Johannesburg Magistrate Court to deny him bail. Mogotsi is facing charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating the ends of justice. He allegedly staged a hit on his life in Vosloorus, east of Johannesburg in November last year. The matter has been postponed to 12th of this month.
