The National Consumer Commission is urging all South African consumers who purchased Top Score instant porridge, to stop consuming the product and immediately return it to their retailer for a full refund. The commission has announced a recall of the product after three children, aged between one and four year, died allegedly after consuming it in Mdantsane, in the Eastern Cape province. A fourth child, was in a stable condition in hospital after consuming the porridge at the weekend.
