The trial of five men accused of involvement in the murder of soccer player, Senzo Meyiwa has resumed in the High Court, in Pretoria. Last week, lead investigating officer, Bongani Gininda testified that there was no proof that Longwe Twala was treated for an injury at a medical facility following the murder. Meyiwa was gunned down while visiting the the parental home of his then girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo, in Vosloorus, in the east of Johannesburg. The defence earlier made the assertion that Twala is the one who shot the Bafana Bafana captain and accidentally shot himself in the process.
