The trial-within-a-trial in the 255 million rand asbestos roof removal case, has been postponed to Wednesday following the illness of one of the state's witnesses. Judge Phillip Loubser was expected to deliver a ruling on whether defense lawyers can cross examine the state witness. This comes after Laurence Hodes, who is the legal representative of former Free State premier, Ace Magashule, informed the court that he also wanted to cross examine the state witness.
