Police in Atok outside Burgersfort, in Limpopo are continuing with investigations after a group of suspected illegal miners allegedly drowned in a local river. Police say a group of suspected zama-zamas were fleeing from authorities during a raid in the area on Sunday, when they jumped into the river and many of them never resurfaced.
