South Africans are heading to the polls in just under 10 days. As we approach this final stretch of preparations, we want to ensure that South African voters are ready for this important day and enjoy a smooth and seamless voting experience. A key priority during this last-mile is to remind voters who have applied for special votes to check the status of their applications by SMSing their ID number to 32711. Voters who will be casting their ballots on 4 November are also encouraged to SMS their ID number to 32810 to confirm their voting station before leaving home. This will help them determine their sequence number ahead of time, making the voting process more efficient and convenient when they arrive at their voting stations.
