IEC strengthens election results system against cyberattacks.

We are just a few days away to November 4, political parties are ramping up their campaigns ahead of this weekend's final election rallies. This year's local government elections is carrying a long list of grievances. These are unemployment which is above 30%, an unstable coalition era and decaying infrastructure. To discuss how critical issues like water scarcity (such as the Tshwane water crisis), uncollected refuse, non-functioning infrastructure, and financial mismanagement are dominating voter priorities. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to Governance and Political Analyst Hlumelo Xaba,
