Convicted rapist and murderer, Thabo Bester has accused the High Court in Pretoria of bias in his application for access to a laptop and other electrics. The court has heard Bester's argument in what he believes will help him prepare for his upcoming deportation case, after he and his girlfriend, Doctor Nandipha Magudumana were arrested in Tanzania and deported back to South Africa in early 2023.
