Higher Education Minister, Blade Nzimande is currently meeting with University of Fort Hare stakeholders including the Vice Chancellor, the SRC, the executive management, as well as the institution's council following calls for him to address some of their grievances. The stakeholders have expressed concern over their exclusion from decision making in the university and have called for the appointment of an independent investigatitor into issues of academic fraud. Last week, Nzimande told parliament that his office was better placed to investigate the ongoing academic fraud allegations at the university. Sakina Kamwedo spoke to SABC Reporter, Sidima Mfeku
