The Co-Chairperson of the National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure (NATJOINT), Lieutenant General, Tebello Mosikili says the Sandton Convention Centre, north of Johannesburg will be a no fly-zone from this coming Sunday. This is ahead of the much-anticipated 15th BRICS summit which will see heads of state, ministers, diplomats and the business fraternity -  amongst others -  gather from the Tuesday to Thursday next week. BRICS comprises of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. Distinguished guests will also include the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres. Advocate Dali Mpofu for the MK Party in the Western Cape High Court, where President Cyril Ramaphosa is challenging the findings of the Section 89 Independent Panel report. Mpofu says the President must answer to South Africans through Parliament over the Phala Phala matter.
