Passengers and small vehicles are being processed at the Lebombo border post between South Africa and Mozambique. Meanwhile, the processing of trucks at the border post in Komatipoort, Mpumalanga, remains suspended. This is due to safety concerns as post-elections unrest continues in some parts of Mozambique. Protesters in that country have reportedly been targeting these trucks to block the roads. Situation remains tense at Lebombo border post between SA and Mozambique 

SACP leader, Solly Mapaila says the ANC has failed to treat its alliance partners with respect and equality. Mapaila is tabling the Political Report to the SACP Special National Congress underway at Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre in Boksburg. Mapaila says the electoral decline of the ANC is worrying.
