Good Party Chief Whip, Brett Herron, says if the failed extradition of Rajesh and Atul Gupta is the result of sloppy legal preparations, action must be taken against those responsible. Herron was opening the debate in the National Assembly on government's failure to successfully extradite Rajesh and Atul Gupta from the United Arab Emirates.  The brothers were to face corruption charges for their alleged role in state capture in South Africa.
