Four people reportedly killed following Eastern Cape snow and floods

A number of houses are submerged in water at Decoligny in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape. This is due to the heavy rains that fell over night in most parts of the province. Some people are seen trapped on trees as they were trying to avoid the overflowing water. Severe cold, snow and rain have gripped the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal as weather warnings intensify. In the Eastern Cape, a level six warning has been issued for disruptive snowfall and rains.  For the latest we are now joined on the line by our reporter Fundiswa Mhlekude
