Former Kaizer Chiefs Public Relations Officer, Louis Tshakoane has reportedly been arrested at the funeral of former Mamelodi Sundowns administrator, Alex Shakoane. Shakoane died last week at the age of 68 after serving the football fretenity for over 50 years. Authorities pounced on Tshakoane on Tuesday after he went on the run four years ago when he was linked to a multimillion rand fraud scheme.
