Former Gauteng Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu is continuing with her cross examination in the High Court in Pretoria. On Friday Mahlangu told the court that the decision to relocate over three thousand mental health patients from Life Esidimeni facilities was taken jointly with the provincial management and that she had to comply with it.
