Forensic investigator, Paul O'Sullivan says he intends opening up murder charges against Tiger Brands for the deaths of people due to the Listeriosis outbreak. O'Sullivan, who is also the founder of a non-profit organisation called Forensics for Justice, says it is shocking that Tiger Brands, in its recent annual report, placed product quality as number nine on the list of risks facing the company, when it should have been at number one. According to the National Institute for Communicable Diseases, over 180 people have died from the Listeriosis outbreak, including babies and children under the age of 14 years old. O'Sullivan says the board of Tiger Brands should resign immediately.
