The Financial Sector Conduct Authority says about 4 000 employers have been failing to pay the retirement contributions of workers. According to the FSCA, approximately R7 billion in contributions remain unpaid, with companies lagging between 5 months and 252 months (21 years) in outstanding payments , and the figure covers the period up until July last year.
