Madlanga Commission Chairperson Mbuyiseli Madlanga says a request to postpone Major General Firoz Khan's testimony has been refused. Khan will not appear physically but is expected to testify virtually, with a separate application for in-camera testimony pending. Madlanga says the commission's secretary, Dr Nolitha Vukuza, will lay criminal charges against Khan for failing to appear and ignoring a subpoena. He describes Khan's non-attendance as a flagrant disregard of the commission.
