The 46-year-old suspect linked to the shooting and killing of 18 people at Ngobozana village in the Eastern Cape has abandoned his bail hearing and the matter has since been moved to the 26th of November. This as scores of local residents filled the local magistrate in Lusikisiki to capacity in anticipation of the suspect's appearance. Many of the locals have since taken to the streets in protests, carrying placards written, 'No Bail'. The 45 year old suspect is facing murder charges and being in possession of an illegal firearm.
