The Electoral Court has dismissed the urgent application launched by Umkhonto Wesizwe party founder, Jabulani Khumalo to be reinstated as leader of the party. Khumalo last week launched an urgent application before the specialist court. Khumalo was expelled from the party and removed as its leader earlier this year.
