Eastern Cape Safety MEC visits family of 6 people gunned down in Tsolo

Eastern Cape Safety MEC, Xolile Nqatha, is expected to visit the family of six members who were shot and killed last week in Tsolo. Nqatha together with the police are expected to update the family on the progress made to arrest the suspects. Police say it's alleged a 43 year- old male was killed in his grandfather's homestead in Mpoza location. In the second incident also in the same location, two males were found with bullet wounds. Not far from the scene, three more people between the ages 62 and 67 years- old were also shot. Police say all the victims were related. The motive behind the shootings is unknown. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to David Bruce, a consultant on policing and public security with the Institute for Security Studies
