National Assembly Speaker, Thoko Didiza, told the TRC Cases Inquiry she's unable to assist the Commission without a record, agenda, or minutes of two alleged meetings she called while she was the  Acting Minister of Justice in 2006. Didiza says she has no independent recollection of these meetings, as they allegedly happened twenty years ago. She appeared briefly before the TRC Cases Commission, which is tasked with probing whether there was any political interference and deliberate efforts not to investigate further and prosecute TRC matters.
