The Western Cape High Court has ruled in favour of President Cyril Ramaphosa and interdicted the Impeachment Committee. Ramaphosa approached the court last month asking it to temporarily halt the proceedings of the Impeachment Committee pending the review of the his application for the Section 89 Independent Panel Report which will be heard in September.
