The Correctional Services Department has confirmed the death of Danish national, Peter Frederiksen at the Mangaung Correctional Centre in the Free State. Fredericks was serving two life terms at the facility after being found guilty of rape and conspiracy to commit murder. He was first arrested in September 2015 after 21 female genitalia were found in his home freezer. Spokesperson for the correctional services department, Singabakho Nxumalo explains. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter, Konelo Lekhafola.
