The tragic incident of three children who died after consuming food that was allegedly bought from local spaza shops in Katlehong, east of Johannesburg, has led to questions being asked about the quality of food at spaza shops. Speaking outside the family home of two of the children who died last week - Gauteng acting premier Kedibone Diale-Tlabela said children should now stop buying snacks from local spaza shops because this is killing them.
