A woman has allegedly killed her three kids and the fourth one survived at Jabavu village in Port St Johns in the Eastern Cape. It is alleged that she poisoned all of them using a deadly chemical known as a tank pill. She fled the scene and and ran into the forest. The community is shocked about the incident. This follows another case of a mother from Butterworth in the Eastern Cape who killed her three daughters last month before committing suicide and it was believed the incident was driven by poverty.
