The Chairperson of Parliament's Police Portfolio Committee Ian Cameron, says South Africa must urgently strengthen its response to international drug trafficking networks. He says authorities cannot focus only on arresting street-level dealers while powerful syndicates, financiers and corrupt facilitators remain untouched.
