The Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba has conveyed her condolences to the bereaved family of the twins born attached to the abdomen in January. One of the twins has died. A surgical procedure to separate them was conducted by a team of surgeons more than two weeks ago. Ramathuba says there had been hope that the children would grow up and thrive. The infants, had been under specialized medical care since birth. Bongiwe Zwane spoke to Limpopo Premier  Dr Phophi Ramathuba
