"At least four children between the ages of 5 and 6, some barely clothed are visibly trembling" - SABC News reporter, Mlamli Maneli reports as heavy winds and rain continue in the Western Cape

Heavy rains and strong winds are expected to lash coastal areas of both the Western and Eastern Cape until Friday. This as parts of Cape Town remain submerged under water while thousands have been displaced. Residents in informal settlements have been hardest hit especially low areas of Khayelitsha township. There has also been damaged to key infrastructure such as roads, bridges and electrical poles. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC News reporter in Cape Town, Mlamli Maneli.
