Interested parties and institutions, including survivors and affected families of Human Rights atrocities during the apartheid-era have until today to register to participate in the pre-consultation processes of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into allegations or attempts to stop the investigation or prosecution of Truth and Reconciliation Commission cases. The Inquiry is led by retired Constitutional Court Justice Sisi Khampepe and it was established by President Cyril Ramaphosa in May this year.
