Media lawyer Dan Rosengarten says if the witness feared for her life, her application would make sense , but there is zero evidence to suggest this. This follows an application by the witness on Monday, objecting to the live broadcast of her testimony in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial . Meanwhile , the prosecutor, Advocate George Baloyi, says the new witness must be given a choice whether or not she wants her testimony to be broadcast live or not.
