MP Fadiel Adams' advocate has challenged the state argument in his bail application that the National Coloured Congress leader tried to evade his arrest. Adams' bail application is being heard in the Pinetown Magistrates Court. Adams was arrested by members of the Political Killings Task Team on the 5th of May at his parliamentary residence in Cape Town after a warrant for his arrest was issued on the 30th of April.
