ActionSA Parliamentary Leader, Athol Trollip MP, is today laying criminal charges against forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan at the Cape Town Central Police Station. ActionSA says this follows a series of intimidation tactics and direct threats issued by O'Sullivan towards Trollip. ActionSA views these actions as a direct attack on an elected official and believes that such conduct must be dealt with in accordance with the law.
