Author of ‘Period Repair Manual’ and ‘Hormone Repair Manual’, Dr Briden is a Naturopathic Doctor and Women’s hormone specialist. Dr Briden is also a women’s health activist, and passionate about helping women feel empowered when it comes to their bodies. 

In this interview, we dive deep into a discussion about the contraceptive pill. Whilst being revolutionary for women when it first came out, Dr Briden shares up-to-date knowledge on the potential implications. We also discuss the pros and cons of various contraceptive options, perimenopause, and how menopause is not the big bad wolf that it is often made out to be.
