In this episode of Untidy, Matty, fresh from her first week as a working woman at The Hits, and Hannah, fresh from her periodic mullet removal, try a new self-development trend — shutting the f*** up (just not for the next 40 minutes at least).

Both the girls get a sobering callout for their parenting techniques from their sons, Hannah talks through her confronting ADHD diagnosis process, and Matty gets left ‘on seen’ after an awkward voice note by the ex from ‘that poo story’. Hannah’s ex reminds her of a memorable night sneaking into a place they probably shouldn’t have, and she reveals a hot spot in Christchurch for great date juju.
