Professor Rafi (Raphael) Heruti is an internationally respected specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with particular expertise in sexual rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and disability medicine.

He is affiliated with Tel Aviv University and has held senior leadership positions at rehabilitation hospitals in Israel, where he has pioneered multidisciplinary approaches to sexual rehabilitation following injury, trauma and chronic illness.

Professor Heruti is also internationally recognised within the Paralympic Movement, serving as a medical classifier for Paralympic athletes and contributing extensively to disability sport worldwide.

His work promotes a holistic biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation that integrates physical recovery, psychological wellbeing and healthy relationships.
