When it comes to hormones, I've shared my struggles with you once or twice before. And at the ripe old age of 30, I thought that I'd be off the emotional rollercoaster by now. But if you still find yourself morphing into a hormone casserole once a month, then a.) you're so not not alone sis, and b.) you're actually in luck. Because this week, I caught up with the woman who claims she can help make our hormones happier than a Pharrell Williams song. 


Honestly, how do I even begin to explain the powerhouse that is Nat Kringoudis. Nat is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, author, speaker, podcaster and all round natural fertility specialist, who also founded the Melbourne based Women's Health Clinic, The Pagoda Tree. I was lucky enough to have first met Nat about 7 years ago, and in that time I've learnt so much from her, and I absolutely know that you will too.
