They say that confidence is like a muscle - the more you use it, the stronger it becomes. First of all, who is they? And second of all. They is absolutely right. 


In the same way you don't just wake up one day with abs, you also don't just wake up one day with the confidence level: selfie no filter. It's a windy road and unfortunately there's no GPS to help generate an estimated time of arrival. Though speaking from personal experience, you usually arrive somewhere around your late twenties.
