She explains how an inquiry and a meeting at Starbucks with Max Caster, now of AEW's The Acclaimed, got the ball rolling and what she was doing before this. She talks about what goes into the conception of making a wrestler's gear, what the process is, how long it takes and what she thinks makes quality gear.
