Monday Motivation: A lot of times people think no one wants to hear your problems, but that simply is not true. We get so ashamed that we think we're going to be a burden or bother to someone, but it’s not true. So, trust your crew, trust your team. You never know how much one day they may need to help somebody and you turning to them may allow them to feel like they're being of service.
