Tavity Young. Welcome into Unbreakable, a mental health podcast with Jay Glazier. I'm Jay Glazier. Today's a mental health check up. And last week I put a mental health check cup on my social media that I was really struggling in the gray and I tried to get to the root of what that was. And look, some of them were because of problems. And we all have to remember problems are not mental health issues. They just probably have to go through. But a lot of time, problems feel the heaviness these days feel the same as mental health issues. So I had some problems gad to get through. At the same time, I was going through some mental health things because I wasn't sticking to all of my practices, these habits that I now have that when I do these habits, I'm in the blue. That's why I've been in the blue all year long. I've been fantastic, and I had this love with Rosie that's really lifting me up and I almost feel comfortable, like, yeah, I'm good now. And I started stipping some of those practices, and when I stipped those practices, it gets dangerous for me. So I've got myself back now to try to get myself in these practices. I'm still not out of it, which is a long time for me. I've had some blue moments. When I got back with Fox and Angles Suda this weekend, I had some blue moments. And then also I have to like really pick apart what's a problem and what's illegitimate, you know, chemical, and balance it with a mental health issue that I'm having. And if the problems, I just have to deal with problems. For you have to deal with problems. That's it. Life is about those who were successful who deal with problems the best, and that's what I have to deal with. So make sure you separate those out and don't look at problems even like they're a bad thing. The things we get to overcome and the mental health part of it, make sure you stick with all of your practices to get you through, and remember we're all work in progress. It's never going to be one hundred percent. I used to live in, you know, three hundred days of gray and sixty five days of blue. Now it's three hundred days of blue and sixty five days of gray. Last week, the grave was just really bad. But now I have these habits from breakable habits if you will, then I know how to pull myself out of it, and I promise you I will continue to pull myself out of it. So again, let's separate our problems. Let's attack the mental health issues with the habits we know that works. And most of all, let's sit together, keep walking, squak together.
