Mental Health Check-In for today: When things get very chaotic its easy for the walls around us to start caving in. When it happens to me, I do extra breathwork and I make sure I hit the gym. I also meditate for things I’m grateful for and for things I’m proud of. So, when things get chaotic let’s make sure we push the walls back out!
