It is the first time I have been home with time on my hands in over a month. Yesterday I was alone all day long and it was a bit of a struggle for me because I need a routine. So, I am going to make sure I do the right things to get myself anchored and grounded so I can combat this anxiety a little bit more.

Mental health check in for today on Unbreakable and Mental Health podcast. And before I get into today, I want to go to our schedule from now on Mondays. Every Monday, make sure you tune into our podcast here and I'm gonna give you something that I'd learned on this Thailand trip that i just got back from there, so incredibly enlightening and empowering. So every Monday, I'm gonna have some sort of mental health motivation Monday for us. On Tuesdays, I'm gonna have a mental health check up like today, and then Wednesdays I'm gonna have our guests for the week. As far as today, my anxiety is pretty bad. I'm not exactly in the dark gray, I'm not in the blue. I'm battling in the anxiety. And the reason why, it's the first time I've been home with time on my hands in a month, and I've been doing so much work on myself, and I was working in the Super Bowl before that and the NFCY Championship Game, and in between those two weeks, I had to go out to Kansas City and film a feature. So I've really had my time occupied and now it's not. And it was one of my concerns. It's okay, what's gonna happen when I not so occupied? And yesterday was a struggles. My first day off, I went and I made I trained, So I've got a really working mind, body, spirit, and to a lot of stuff I'm gonna talk about in these next few mondays here. So I got the body part down. But yesterday I was just kind of buy myself alone for all day long, and it was a bit of a struggle for me because it was I guess, I'm gonna try and find my offseason routine, and for somebody like me, I need a routine. If I don't have a routine, then the roommates in my head start talking and start talking a lot of shit to each other. They don't get along too nicely. So I'm gonna try and find my off season routine to get myself where I have. You know, even when I have time on my hands, I'm not in the gray. I'm sitting in the blue and time on my hands is usually not a good thing for me. But at the same time, I need to rest, so I've got to find that balance. So you can even hear me out. I'm talking to you today I'm kind of all over the place. I'm all over the map, and that's what a lot of my anxiety does to me. So I will film some more podcasts today. I've already done some breathwork this morning. I'm gonna meditate later. I'm gonna do my gratitude list later, I'm gonna work out later. So I'm gonna make sure I do the right things to get myself anchored and grounded and to settle down so I can combat this anxiety a little bit more. Let's walking, Let's walk together.
