Weekend Mental Health Motivation: A lot of times we tend to wallow in our misère of regret. We sit there and think about our mistakes and that is a terrible place to live. So now every time I start to live in regret over something I stop, write three things down then congratulate and clap for myself. I literally out loud clap for myself and you cannot imagine how good that feels.
