Businesses in the hospitality sector have been hit hard over the past year and
rebuilding or launching something new is a daunting task.
We will be talking to black owned businesses recording the interviews on
their premises to encourage those listening to support black business and
perhaps they were not aware of these establishments but now they will.
This week we spoke to Ndu and Ntokozo owners of the newly opened
Authentiq Bar and Restaurant.
We find out about their vision, menu offering and how they are planning to
sell the restaurant to the customer in order to build a loyal base.
