Ruby Riethmuller: Becoming the truest version of yourself and not being afraid

View descriptionShare

Episode 5: Ruby Riethmuller

Born and raised in country New South Wales, Ruby Riethmuller loved growing up in Wagga Wagga, but after being diagnosed with anxiety as a teenager, she became acutely aware that the right mental health services to help young women like her, were not available. But it was a gap year in America, a life changing trip to India and some honest words from a very good friend that set her on the path to create Womn-Kind – a female-led youth mental health organisation on a mission to close the gap in effective mental health education and support for Australian girls. Not only has she grown a small empire and helped thousands of young people, but on her journey she has cut through the noise to become the truest version of herself.
