Chatting to Triple M's Iron Hayden, Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler revealed he is the real inspiration behind the Motley Crue song Kick Start My Heart.

The drummer, who's touring Australia May 2018 told Triple M Sixx he found Sixx passed out and Adler saved his glam rock friend by putting him in the shower, slapping his face before paramedics gave Sixx a life saving injection, inspiring the hit single.
