Heidi is the Executive General Manager for the National Anti-Scam Centre which runs Scamwatch. 

Last year, October and November were the biggest months for people falling for scams in the lead-up to Christmas – 50,000 scams were reported to Scamwatch, and $3.1 Billion was lost by Aussies last year.
