Everything Goldfields, episode number 1 is officially out! What better way to kick it off, than to celebrate National Fitness Week here in the Goldfields, than to get local legend, personal trainer and nutritionist, Jules Evans on the Everything Goldfields podcast! Comedian and Australia's Got Talent finalist from 2019, Emma Krause made an appearance on the Triple M airwaves this week, and is making her way to the Overland Motel to give you laugh. Evan Hall, CEO of Tourism Council WA also touches on Kalgoorlie-Boulder being a finalist for the Top Tourism Town in 2024. Something Pink is back, better than ever, with this years event involving a massive surprise! Janine Ringrose jumps on the podcast to explain.

This week has been a fun one in the Triple M studio. I got to catch up with locals, Annie James, from HOPE Community Service and Bev Pack, from Parenting Connection WA about a fun event they're holding, 'Beautiful Bumps'. If you're a Mum to be, this is for you! Aussie musso, Taylor Sheridan also made an appearance on the Triple M airwaves this week. Taylor has brought his music to the Goldfields, and now, he's headlining one of Australia's most iconic stars!

It has been a flat out week here in the Triple M studio. Catching up with the Manager of the Goldfields Oasis, chatting about its 25th Birthday celebrations, is a huge milestone for the Community here in the Goldfields. One which deserves to be on the Abbey for Breakfast Podcast. We also had the pleasure of chatting about the Variety Golf Day, with President, Ash Trow. Hearing about where the money goes, is empowering.  Enjoy this weeks episode!

Looking for things to do this school holidays, don't stress, I have you covered! In this weeks episode we catch up with The Museums Manager, Marta Perona, and touch on the new exhibits in town! I hear The Abroholos Islands are closer than you think... We also catch up with the Supervisor from Hannans North Tourist Mine, Annette Watt to chat about what news things are coming tour attraction. Lastly, the newly appointed Youth Council Mayor Emily Stewart makes an appearance sharing her time so far being the Mayor and all things Youth Week!

This week was indeed a fun one. I caught up with the one and only Mark Bartle, from the Rotary Club of Boulder to talk about what is coming up for our community, and what exciting things are planned. Catching up with the 2024 season Head Coach from the Goldfields Giants, Matt Van Pelt, was also a delight, as I was introduced to international player, Randy Bell. Touching on how he is finding the Goldfields was a highlight! Enjoy!

This week was a busy one on Egan Street, at Triple M! I caught up with Elliot Briers, the Senior Sales Consultant from Kalgoorlie Metro to get an update on the sales market here in the Goldfields.  Jaymi Worthington also made an appearance in the Triple M studio, to touch on being the first female head coach for the Goldfields Giants' Women's basketball team, and what this years season is looking like for the girls. It has been a very busy week here at Triple M, so I thought I'd highlight the chats of the week. Speaking with local, Doug Dawes about all things Masonic Homes and how him and his team are trying their best for the elderly in the region. As well as having their very first open home in Pringle Village! Shannon Hurn being in the Goldfields is also every West Coast Eagles fans' DREAM! Chatting to him about why he's making his way back to Kalgoorlie-Boulder and why the name 'Bunga' has stuck to him. And of course, Rob Sterry is also on this weeks episode to chat about the Goldfields Children Charity, and the High Rollers auction. This is an amazing, annual event where all proceedings make their way to the RFDS, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the charity themselves.  ENJOY!

Coleen and Matt are also highlighted in this weeks episode, as the Goldfields Children Charity's ball is coming up, and they're trying to raise as many funds as possible! This week was a big one, but checking in with two phenomenal local legends, was a highlight! Hailey Dowson shares how the Starlight Foundation event went, and how much fun it was to get the community involved. She is passing on her passion to her lovely daughters. Tanya Boyd asl jumped on the airwaves to touch on all things to do with The Goldfields Children Charity, and the BIGGEST event of the year. Matt Storer (one of WA's most recognised comedians) also touches on returning to the Goldfields after 9 years.

This week we got to chat about all things love with Oz down in Esperance, check out how we planned our most romantic date.
